Kern County Firefighters Endorse Phillip Peters for Supervisor

BAKERSFIELD- Phillip Peters has added another major endorsement to his growing list of supporters in his bid for Kern County Supervisor.
Peters has been officially endorsed by Kern County Fire Fighters – IAFF Local 1301.
“Ensuring public safety and supporting first responders are among my top priorities,” said Phillip Peters. “These brave men and women risk their lives to serve Kern County and I am honored to have the support and endorsement of the Kern County Firefighters.”
Peters is a lifelong resident of Kern County. As a former Kern High School District Trustee, he served from 2014 to 2018. He is also a district director for Supervisor Gleason. While on the Kern High School Board, Peters focused on improving access to career technical education, providing more choice in children’s education, empowering local educators, and ensuring accountability and transparency at all levels of education.
Phillip lives in Bakersfield with his wife and son. He is an avid sportsman and woodworker.
